Delete your account

A Loup-Garou account is optional: the game plays perfectly well without one. If you created one by signing in with Google or Facebook, you can delete it at any time, along with everything in it.

In the app

Open Settings, then Account, then Delete my account, and confirm. The deletion is immediate, and every phone signed in to that account is signed out.

Without the app

Write to contact@hazenfield.com from the address of your Google account, asking for your Loup-Garou account to be deleted. We delete it within seven days and reply when it is done. If your account is only linked to Facebook, the simplest way is through the app; otherwise write to us anyway and we will tell you how to show that the account is yours.

What is deleted

• the account itself, and its links to Google and Facebook: the identifier they give us for you, and your email address;
• your profile: first name, pronoun, photo, chosen look and narrator;
• the games kept on the account;
• every open sign-in on your phones.

Nothing of it is kept in any other form.

What does not disappear at once

Our nightly backups erase themselves after thirty days, so your account is gone from them at the latest thirty days after it is deleted. Until then they are only used to repair a breakdown of the server.

What is saved on your phone (first name, photo, settings, recent games) stays there: uninstalling the app erases it. Your Google or Facebook account itself is not affected.
